Answer: We will advertise your rooms across various platforms that enhance your chance finding tenants you wouldn’t otherwise find. Question: Why shouldn’t I list the rooms myself on various sites?
Answer: You could but that would take a lot of time. We are able to advertise on lots of different portals on your behalf with you only having to pay one fixed fee each month rather than having to pay for multiple subscriptions. We also pre-vet the potential tenants before passing the tenants details onto you. On top of this we respond to all tenant enquiries within 30 minutes of messaging us ensuring that other landlords don’t beat you to the best customers!
Question: How long will it take for my advert to go live?
Answer: Once you’ve submitted all the property details, your advert will go live within 24 hours during normal working hours (0900 – 1700, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays).
Question: How can you guarantee such a quick response time?
Answer: Our dedicated team’s priority is to quickly respond to tenant enquires within 30 minutes to ensure that you have the biggest chance of filling your room quickly. This is only possible during normal working hours (0900 – 1700, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays).
Question: How long does a subscription last?
Answer: 1 month, then it’s a rolling contract so you are able to cancel anytime you like.
Question: What day will payments be taken?
Answer: On the same date that you first subscribed to a package.
Question: Am I able to upgrade to a higher package?
Answer: Yes. Via the landlord dashboard by clicking ‘upgrade now’ and choosing which package you’d like to upgrade to.
Question: How does the viewing process work?
Answer: Once a potential tenant interested in your property has passed the pre-vetting process we pass them your details to arrange a viewing.
Question: How can I update/edit details on my property?
Answer: You can easily update you property info/details via the landlord dashboard under ‘edit property’.
